Backup of unlocked iphone data?

I have got an iphone 3G unlocked, its password just slipped out of my mind. I know it can be synced from iTunes and restored from backup. But I don’t have the iphone backup with me so how would I restore it. Thanks, if anyone can tell me the process?

I am using 3G iphone in which I have stored many important data and music files. I used to backup my data time to time. In my iPhone backup is data is done automatically in iTunes. Sometimes it takes long time to backup data from my iphone to my system. I tried to disable the automatic backup but it does not work. I want to know how I can disable automatic iPhone backup in iTunes. Can you suggest some tips?

From last one year I was using a simple mobile but yesterday I have purchased an iPhone to upgrade my life style. I had restored my contacts from old phone to Mac computer since I have a new iPhone so I want to transfer my all contacts to new iPhone from computer. Is it possible to transfer my contacts from iPhone to computer? I want to know that can I also transfer contacts from iPhone to Mac transfer. Please give me suggestions.

I have my old computer, which had my iTunes on which my all iPhone backup. But this old computer is crashed. So now I have purchased a new computer, I have downloaded iTunes and authorize the computer. Now I am trying to restore all previous backup iPhone from old computer but it is not happening as so. Is there a way to perform this task please suggest me. Thanks in advance.

I have to transfer my entire files of Computer to my iPhone. I need to import all the songs, videos, photos and TV programs in my iPhone. But I’m not getting that which File Transfer should I use, ‘Tansee iPhone Transfer’ or ‘Xilisoft’ iPhone Transfer’ Do both have the same features? Can I have any one of the Software free or which one has lower cost?

I don’t like so much that very backup feature of iTunes. Seriously it takes a long time to make a backup and does not works all well. I am really worried all my iPhone data as I have downloaded many video clips and wallpapers on my iPhone. I got a very interesting DVD video from my friend. When I tried to run it on the iPhone of mine, the video was not able to run. I am really disheartened by this. I want to play this particular video on my iPhone. I tried many times to play this DVD Video on my iPhone but I couldn’t. What is the possible reason for this?
