System hangs while recovering data from windows?

I have bought a registered software to recover data specially for windows. The damn problem with that is that whenever I try to select the files which I want to be recovered then the whole process hangs up and the menus are not accessible. After quite short time the whole screen becomes blank and blank pop up window blinks. If I minimize it then it is not maximized again. How this can be solved?

caathi 		This is the problem of the software. When you access it then it might be decreasing its speed and finally hang up. Because of that only your window screen becomes blank. There are many software like stellar phoenix data recovery, easy recovery software etc. you can select anyone of them. This will conveniently avoid the blank window to popup. And finally you will be in the track of the result which you want. If some other task apart from this is also running then also the system hangs. So, please check about it as well and then proceed further by third party mode or any other process.
