Is any software converts SWF files to other formats and also supports the same codec as SWF format does?

I have used many software’s that converts the SW format to other formats but merely the audio and video data not the codec that SWF format supports. If you find any of them please let me know.

SWF format is called Small Web Format and is especially used to store multimedia and vector graphics and also supports Action scripts. It is the codec of it’s that makes it the powerful format to contain audio and video data so efficiently. Every format has its own codec which contains audio and video data, when it is converted it means its codec is changes from one codec to other. But still you want the SWF codec then SWF Converter does this job for you which maintain little of SWF codec but not totally.
