I need some suggestions regarding MPEG2 Encoding Specifications ?

I downloaded Apex VOB to MPEG2 Converter from a software outlet of my city. I really don’t know to what specifications I should encode the audio and video while converting the VOB file to MPEG2 file format. If anybody who has used this converter could kindly give me the specifications.

The encoding specifications while converting the VOB file to MPEG2 file format is mentioned on the Apex VOB Converter for Mac. I have mentioned the specifications below:

VIDEO:

• 4:2:0 Chroma Subsampling
• NTSC 4:3 aspect ratio
• optional 16:9 aspect ratio
• frame rate 23.97 for film based source material
• frame rate 29.97 for video based source material
• Zero Horizontal Blanking

AUDIO:

• 48KHz sampling
• Dolby Digital at 192 kbps for channel output 2.1
• Dolby Digital at 384 kbps for channel output 5.1
• AC/3 registration descriptor must be included
