How to transfer contacts from your computer to your iPhone?

From last one year I was using a simple mobile but yesterday I have purchased an iPhone to upgrade my life style. I had restored my contacts from old phone to Mac computer since I have a new iPhone so I want to transfer my all contacts to new iPhone from computer. Is it possible to transfer my contacts from iPhone to computer? I want to know that can I also transfer contacts from iPhone to Mac transfer. Please give me suggestions.
