How to resolve “Sending and Receiving reported error (0×8007000E): Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.” Error?

Whenever I try to send or receive an email message I encounter an error message saying “Sending and Receiving reported error (0×8007000E): Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.” But still I am able o send or receive emails. How should I solve this error message issue?

The message “Sending and Receiving reported error (0×8007000E): Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.” Which you are encountering is because of the Incorrect or damaged Mapi32.dll file. This file is the critical module of Windows Messaging API (MAPI) or your inbox might be containing corrupted email messages or your outlook profile might be damaged.

In order to solve out the issue you can try by Running MAPI repair tool (also known as Fixmapi.exe) for checking and repairing incorrect or damaged Mapi32.dll files. Inbox repair tool might also solve the issue. If it does not then try by deleted all the emails and restore the emails from backup available. If you have not made any backup then you must make a backup of pst file with the use of pst backup utility. Then delete the files and restore them back when the issue solves.
