How to recover and restore SQL Database from a mdf file ?

With opening of the sql database I got an error messages on the screen, “files is corrupt….and cannot be opened”. As I had opened this files in the last night and this does worked well without any problem. I too had made some new database and saved it then. But on opening today some files are opened and some are not. It seems that this mdf file has been caused high with the damages in all the keys, tables, indexes. How can I recover these databases and restore the other saved ones.

Steven 		As such some files are getting opened and some are not this is very odd type situation. Have you changed the sql versions as this can cause the error messages in the SQL Database Files? So first make a whole check of your database and than do make steps for recovering the database. Get ms sql database repair software with you in order to make a full recovery of any lost database. This can also make corruption out from the sql data and you can have database back with you.

You can clearly do restoring of the database with using sql server management studio which stays in the windows only. You can easily open it and follow up with the procedures of restoring of the Sql Database. There is an icon of “Restore Database” and with new window you can have all proper related information about the restoring of database. There is an option present for the large sized database which clearly takes several minutes for restoring the files. Use it and see the results within minutes.
