MS Exchange Server includes the functionality for detecting the file level issue to the pages in EDB database. In case of file level damage, you come across a number of error messages including “1022 JET_errDiskIO” which prevent you to access the database. Thus the result becomes critical and might data loss situation made.

In this case, you need to keep your mind cool and try to repair and restore the damaged database by carrying out Exchange Server recovery solution. Here you can go for a third party application to retrieve all of the corrupt or inaccessible data. Today various such applications have come which are well designed. The applications are able to effectively scan the damaged EDB file and retrieve all of the corrupt or inaccessible objects (data) from it.

Stellar Phoenix Mailbox Exchange Recovery is the most excellent Exchange Server Recovery tool to ensure absolute recovery in most of the EDB corruption scenarios. This Exchange repair/recover software is completely easy and safe to use. So your friend can go through this application to get rid of her Exchange Server issue.
