How to Outlook using inbox repair tool?

Last day I got a new problem with my PST file. One day ago I shut down the system as earlier. It was all right at that time. But yesterday when I go to open Outlook file then I encounter a problem with this. When I open Outlook it doesn’t open and tells me to run the Inbox Repair tool which I have done. I start repair process but at the end of this it shows an error message “An error has occurred while repairing process”. Give any suggestion to remove such problem. Thanks in advance.

jonny12 		Inbox repair tool (Scanpst.exe) is also referred as Scan PST. This tool is originally designed to repair the PST file. It is designed to fix most of the PST file corruption errors. But Inbox Repair tool is not able to repair PST file always. Because the way in which inbox repair or Scanpst.exe works is inherently flawed. In such a condition you need third party help. It is 100% true that in all cases of Outlook error repair Inbox tool is not able to accomplish its task. Sometime due to complex error or any other reasons Inbox repair tool can’ recover your all Outlook files. In such cases you need PST repair software that can recover your all deleted or formatted Outlook files.
