Has anyone come across C: 13:01 error in Sony digital camera?

I have a Sony Cybershot T7 digital camera which is currently giving me error C: 13:01, thinking that it might be due to memory stick I changed it, but this didn’t help me in getting rid of the error, can anyone tell me some other way?

This error is the symbol of bad connection between memory card and the camera and it fixing may be prove costly if you any how loose the photos meanwhile, so its better to get them out by application of memory card reader, if you don’t want loose it or use photo recovery software. After that you can take the memory stick and rub gold contacts gently with the eraser at the end of the pencil. This is to be done for 20-30 seconds till entire contact area gets covered. After that insert the camera into the camera, switch to “setup” mode while the camera is switched on. Hope this solves the error C: 13:01.
