The error message shows that your file is corrupted and for corrupted PowerPoint presentation file you can use Nucleus Power point repair software. It is very easy to use and it can recover your corrupted file in only few minutes. It does the conversion with super fast speed. You don’t need any technical knowledge in using this software.

The error message you are getting may be of many reasons

• A power brownout, spike or outage has occurred when ppt was attempting to access your disk.
• The disk drive is not working properly or you are using a damaged disk.
• The ppt file was too large that it was unable to fit on a disk. Therefore only a part of a file was saved.

The file you are trying to open is damaged and to recover it you can use scandisk. On windows start menu, first point to the programs and then accessories and then click scandisk. Then choose the drive which you want to check and then click the start button. To recover your damaged file you can also use ppt repair software.
